New Zealand Transport Agency (NZTA) is in the process of redesigning all of its online assets for to better serve its internal and external customer base. As part of this large redevelopment, we have been the UX and interaction design partner.

Our approach

We have been working closely with NZTA to carry out user experience design to support the success of this work. Example engagements with NZTA range from content support, information architecture (IA), and wireframe development through to persona development of its intranet user team. Our most recent work has seen us deliver:
