MIT was transitioning into new areas of education and business activity, and needed new reporting and performance monitoring. Building an understanding of their information needs was key to developing their new strategy and MIT asked PwC digital to help create a business intelligence (BI) roadmap.
Taking an iterative and highly collaborative approach we set about developing a tailored BI roadmap that aligned with MIT’s business strategy. Stakeholder engagement was at the very centre of our approach. We collected high level information needs, including what, who and when information is required. Most importantly, we also helped MIT define what sort of decisions could then be made and how they would align to the new strategy.
Our high-level business intelligence roadmap provided MIT with a range of opportunities that could support BI goals.
